Millennium Software Super Affiliate Program.

"Millennium" refers to Millennium Software Inc.

"Sales" refers to referred sales of the Better Finances 2010 Suite supplied by Millennium.

"Affiliate", "Affiliates" refersto an authorized affiliate or affiliates of Millennium Software Inc.

"Tiered Affiliate" refers to new affiliates who sign up following referral by another Affiliate.

Codes.  

Affiliates are permitted to copy any of the Millennium banners, images, text boxes, buttons available within their Affiliate membership software and to insert these into their web site for the purposes of tracking Sales.

Affiliates are permitted to copy the Millennium Affiliate tracking code located in the Affiliate Referral Link sub tab and to insert this code into their web site for the purposes of tracking visitors who sign up and approved as Millennium Affiliates.

Affiliate codes deposit cookie tokens in our web site http://www.mydocsonline.org/website/home.htm which are matched in subscribers PayPal order acknowledgment page. Cookie tokens expire after 90 days. 

Commission Payments:

1. Millennium will pay 35% commission on Sales (excluding sales taxes, chargebacks and customer refunds) credited to the Affiliate's account.
2. Millennium will pay 15% of net commissions earned by Tiered Affiliates.
3. Payment will be made via Paypal on the 5th working day of each month.
4. Payment will be in US dollars.
5. Affiliates must have Paypal accounts to receive commissions.
6. Millennium will hold back such amounts from commissions at its sole discretion. Under normal circumstances the hold back will be $100 US.
7. The hold back amount may be adjusted if the charge back ratio to Sales is higher than 5%.
8. The amount of hold back will be increased to an unspecified amount if an Affiliate is considered by Millennium, at its sole discretion, to be engaging in any prohbited activities defined below.
9. When the amount of commission earned by a Affiliate is less than $100 US the commission balance will be carried over from a payment month to the next.
10. The Affiliate will have access to their affiliate membership software on a 24/7 basis.
11. Membership software will provide details of visitors, sales, commissions due and commissions paid.
12. No method of referral is recognised other than a click through from a Millennium Affiliate link.
13. Commission is not paid on purchases made by an Affiliate on their own behalf.
14. An Affiliate may have their membership terminated if any prohibited usage occurs.
15. Any commissions due on termination of membership will be cancelled and not paid.

Prohibited Usage

Soliciting subscriptions which are fraudulent.

Displaying links on any site which, at our discretion, is judged offensive or likely to bring Millennium into disrepute. Without limitation this includes sites which:

1. contain sexually explicit or any indecent, obscene or clearly offensive material
2. promote any illegal activity
3. promote violence
4. promote discrimination

Any other method of promotion that, in our judgement, is likely to bring Millennium into disrepute. Without limitation this includes spamming the link url, and any anonymous or unsolicited emailing of the link url.

Making any untrue, misleading or denigrating representations about the Millennium products or Millennium.

Use of Millennium's trademarks in domain names or in any context other than what is reasonable to describe the products on the affiliate site or by email.
